You will support the Senior Brand Manager to deliver a strong brand performance for a key brand in the portfolio. You will lead new product development (NPD), build your commercial acumen and work across the Marketing mix. A fantastic role for someone who wants to break into the FMCG/Beauty sector.

What you will be doing:
- Lead and support the development of the NPD pipeline.
- Deliver the brand support activity across Digital, retail and other channels.
- Support the sales teams and attend key retailer meetings.
- Prepare reports and analyse key metrics and KPIs.
- Be the ambassador and guardian for the brand.
What we need from you:
Key Skills/Experience:
- Marketing, Sales, Commercial, Digital skills plus..
- Experience working within the FMCG/CPG sector within the UK is a big bonus.
- A commercial mindset with an interest in data and reporting.
- Importantly it's your ‘can do’ attitude. We’re looking for someone that loves to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in.
- You have lots of ideas, you’re very inquisitive and you want to learn!
- You work well with people.
