Our two founders worked for decades in corporate and freelancing roles. And both found themselves thinking the same thing: that there had to be a better way for organisations to work with talent. That better way of working blends permanent and freelance roles to build teams that are fit for purpose – ones that are right for the here and now, but can evolve and adapt over time.
