Why we started jelli 

Why we started jelli 

Sarah thinks commercially. Bryony thinks brand. Both have client-side experience. Both have worked freelance. Both agree there has to be a better way for organisations to work with talent. Jelli is helping them deliver just that. 
 
 
“First and foremost we’re great friends,” says Bryony. “We bring different skills to the table. Sarah is a commercial whizz and she has the scars to prove it from her retailer meetings! Whereas I’m a marketeer and a digital geek. Together, we’re using our 40 or so years of experience to help clients build the kind of flexible, blended workforce we dreamed of having when we worked client-side.” 

Meet the team 

Sarah Pickup 
Co-Founder 
Sarah takes the lead on our commercial briefs. Inquisitive by nature, she likes to get into the detail of the roles she’s responsible for, drawing on over 20 years’ of commercial experience to really get to grips with every brief. 
 
Client-side, Sarah worked her way up to become a senior commercial leader, so she has loads of experience in FMCG, e-commerce, big brands and private label, including brands like Schwarzkopf, Halls Confectionery and Miracle-Gro. 
Bryony Stickells 
Co-Founder 
Bryony takes the lead on briefs within the marketing and digital space. She has bundles of experience in the sector, having spent over 12 years as a senior marketer within Diageo, including roles as Head of Digital and CRM for Great Britain and EMEA region and brand lead for Baileys across Western Europe. 
 
She’s also freelanced for organisations such as Hovis, William Grant & Sons, Britvic and Costa Coffee, to name but a few. 
Adi Holmes 
Head of Talent 
Adi has over 16 years of Talent Acquisition experience. She’s worked across a variety of industries including telecoms, courier/delivery and pharmaceuticals, finding talent for clients with data at their core.  
 
Passionate about Employee Experience (EX) and understanding individual company landscapes, she’s also qualified in psychometric evaluation and culture assessment.
